Please fill in the below form when returning any goods for repairs.

Shipping instructions:

Please make sure the goods are properly packed to be protected during transport. The sender is responsible for the return freight charges.

There is no need to request for any RMA number, simply fill in the form and send the goods to us. The form does not need to be printed to the shipment as it is automatically generated from the website to our service order processing.

You are free to use your preferred freight agent for the transportation as the return freight is to be paid by the shipper.
