Customer Support & System Service Specialist

In this role you provide technical system support to our machine vision customers globally.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical on-site & remote support and training
  • Problem solving and analyzing customer data
  • Developing new service solutions together with the team
  • Participating in after sales service
  • Building customer satisfaction and relationship

Your profile:

  • B. Sc. or equivalent knowledge in IT and/or automation technics
  • Experience in server & workstation environment and IT networks
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Ability to solve problems and develop solutions independently
  • Initiative and customer oriented team-player
  • You are sales oriented/minded person

Knowledge of automation technology and experience in paper industry are regarded as an asset. We appreciate also experience in digital services and in how to automate them. The final job description will be defined according to your skills and experience.
