PROCEMEX TWIN ON-CALL SERVICES AND SUPPORT VIA REMOTE CONNECTION

The Procemex services ensure and enable us to respond fast to the customer's possible daily system problems and help the customers maximize the uptime of their Procemex systems. Most of the system problems can be solved remotely.

Description of service

Helpdesk 8/5: Services for the daily problem situations where a Procemex maintenance engineer supports the customer via email, phone and a VPN-connection. The service is available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM East European Time. All actions undertaken and possible issues noted during the support call will be reported to the customer's contact person in writing by email.

Should an onsite visit be required, it will be agreed separately and charged separately according to the current price list.

The customer will have to provide a VPN-connection for the system.

Helpdesk 24/7: Services for the daily problem situations where a Procemex maintenance engineer supports the customer via email, phone and a VPN-connection. The customer can use the Procemex On-Call Service 24/7. All actions undertaken and possible issues noted during the support call will be reported to the customer's contact person in writing by email.
